PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION


The WFM Specialist contributes to Cygnific Operational Excellence, Customer & Employees satisfaction by securing and executing the WFM processes. The WFM Specialist is responsible for the short-term capacity planning and operational steering; by optimizing the available resources, to meet company goals, while ensuring that applicable labor law & regulations are being met. The WFM Specialist supports the internal clients (e.g. Operations) by providing information and advice to improve operational efficiency.

Job requirements

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any field.

  • Experience in working in a contact centre environment or a commercial and service-oriented company for at least 2-4 years.

  • Preferably experience in a WFM role, and/or WFM processes and systems.

  • Proficiency in MS office applications.

  • English Proficiency, written and spoken, of CEFR level B2, or higher.

  • Full-Time position available

  • Can start as soon as possible.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Must be willing to work on-site in Makati City.

  • Schedule is shifting setup, with holiday duties and proper holiday compensation.
